These terms apply to use of our website and services. By requesting a quote or booking, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & Booking

• Quotes are estimates based on information provided and site conditions.
• We may adjust the scope and price if conditions differ; we will confirm before proceeding.
• Bookings are confirmed once we agree date/time and scope in writing (email/text).

Payments

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, bank transfer and other agreed methods.
• Late payments may incur reasonable admin charges as permitted by law.

Cancellations

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• For exterior work, we may reschedule due to unsafe weather.

Access & Preparation

• Customer provides safe access, power and water where needed.
• Please move fragile items and clear working areas in advance.

Guarantees & Liability

• Workmanship is guaranteed for a reasonable period depending on the service.
• We carry appropriate insurance. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided as permitted by law.
